Base Design For Daddy's Inspire 8 Trophy Push?

USe a cup base until Crystal II. Then maybe venture with a cup base into the 2300-2400 range. Anywhere higher, just stick your Town Hall outside.

Honestly, your base doesn't matter, a TH9 will 3-star you any chance they get...it's merciless up there, you're going to need to get high in cups by attacking a lot and being online a ton, not through defense. Good luck though, I'd like to see how this "Inspire 8" goes!:D

What troop comp would be able to get me to champs? Also I heard there are th snipes up there that are pretty easy to find. Is this true?

No.. When you reach 2400 cups you can still find exposed TH, but when you cross the 2450/2500 cup range, it will take you FOREVER to find an exposed TH

Can someone please help me with a troop comp?

Just sniping will get you to champ and maybe some weeker bases if you attack with drags.
