I picked up a visitor at a neighbors farm who is 10 levels higher than me. I put thus visitor in grocery store, but they want olives. Because of the way it automatically centers, i cannot see what the visitor wants, i also cant see the remove visitor button... I've got a screenshot here...

My problem is not the items being higher level, which is why I didn't post in that thread in the first place. My problem it's being unable to remove them, as evidenced by the screen shot. Zooming out does NOT work. There is no way to get rid of the visitor
I think, your device has small screen, but that popup doesn't become small for that screen size. You should install latest update. If that doesn't fix it, you will have to wait until it is fixed.Quote:

I have the same problem! i tried everything...when i minimize my screen and click on the customer, my screen automatically sets in position in which i cant see circle button and half stuff that customer wants.
i think the problem is because i have 3 customers in building and first one is that is making problem.
in buildings in which I have 1 or 2 customers i can see circle button normal...
