Summary:
The fire spell is a spell that would serve two purposes: Dealing damage and Increasing damage taken. The spell would be dropped, dealing damage over time, and increasing damage taken to structures. The spell ignites buildings dealing damage over time, and due to the chaos the fires would cause, would inspire the troops attacking the structures that are on fire to raid and pillage better.
The stats:
Creation time - 45 minutes at all levels
Elixir Cost - 45,000
Targets - Any Structure
Lab Level - 6
Level 1 - 100 damage over 5 seconds, Increasing damage by 10%
Level 2 - 130 damage over 5 seconds, Increasing damage by 12%
Level 3 - 180 damage over 6 seconds, Increasing damage by 15%
Level 4 - 200 damage over 6 seconds, Increasing damage by 18%
Level 5 - 250 damage over 7 seconds, Increasing damage by 20%

Reason it should be implemented:
I believe this spell would add a new meaning of raiding to the game because when you are RAIDING, it's supposed to be chaotic and terrifying, and nothing says chaos like fire.
