Buying 3700 gems - What to buy?

Okay so I decided to dish in some $$$ to speed up some of my upgrades. I am just unsure as to what to specifically speed up, since any sort of investment like this is important to me, at least personally. I am sure a lot of people would say that it would not be smart or that I should just use the gems on boosting stuff, but I actually want to get several upgrades out of the way.

One thing I want to also bring up is that filling my storages would cost around 1,000 gems, per storage! So for that reason I will most likely farm for the gold and elixir for these upgrades, so assume I have either 4 million of each or near that.

Below I will list all of my buildings and their current level, anything left out just assumed I already have maxed for this town hall:

Air Defense lv 2
Air Defense lv 4
Archer Tower (All lv 7)
Cannon (All lv 7)
Army Camp x3 (lv 6)
Army Camp lv 5
Wizard Tower lv 3
Wizard Tower lv 4 (Still upgrading with 20H left)
Dark Barracks lv 1 (Still upgrading with 2d 8H left)
Hidden Tesla x2 lv 1
Spell Factory lv 3 (Still upgrading with 1d 20H left)
Elixir Collector x6 (lv 8)
Gold Mine x4 (lv 9)
Gold Mine x2 (lv 8)
Barracks lv 6
Barracks x2 (lv 7)
Barracks lv 8

Originally I was thinking of just doing all my mines, collectors and barracks. I really do not know if I should max them all out or just level them up once. Any thoughts? Also, does anyone know of a calculator that I can use to figure out what I could buy with these gems?

Your th7 were loot is easiest so be smart and don't buy loot or speed upgrades.

It has actually been quite hard over the past month for me to find a base with over 80k loot.

Maybe you are in the wrong place as I am th8 and have just had two 500k gold attacks today with using barch.

Where are you farming? I'm in silver 1-2 and I find 100k of both gold and elix raids within 5 minutes every time I go to attack.

Go up into Gold III and there are a load of bases with amazing loot

If I'm going to gem upgrade times, I pick things that are an inconvenience to not have while upgrading, such as the lab, spell factory, and barracks (heroes too obviously).

Boost your barracks, spell factory, and dark barracks. And hero, too, if you want.
Trust me, boosting is far more efficient at th7. you farm the best in th7. It is farming heaven. If you are determined to spend gems, use them on the xbows and inferno towers.

I use it to calculate gem cost for time: I raid for resources and gem any buildings past 2 days and troops and spells past 3 days --- I have no intentions of waiting around 6, 7, 8 days for something. I'm TH7 maxed completely except walls --- got 106 to go then on to TH8.....
