Tried this base for 2 wars, both times 3 starred. Also they didn't use dragons but a mixture of troops.
pretty sure i could get two stars no spells just barch.....

It was always hogs and drags when I used it.
A mixture of hogs/giants my guess
Not everyone is a pro barcher like you!
this was the 2nd version of the base I cant find the 3rd version since I am th9 where I changed it to add a third level of walls to slow down giants/wb getting to core. It was not a strictly anti-drag base but it did do well against hogs if you want to switch up some buildings and put storages in better places. GL.
Got attacked in war by 30 lvl 4 hogs + other stuff. Guy only got 1 star. 74%. So I have to say this layout worked well for me in war so far. Havent been attacked with drags or anything else yet really. Will update.

Hello, I will test this base in my actually clan-war. After that i will give a feedback and eventually a replay video. :)
Here is a screen from my base with this layout: https://www.dropbox.com/s/drhz2ugmjfcy1j0/Screenshot_2014-08-15-21-13-56.png
Is your base safe from land attack? Since you have three walls to the TH, one can easily do mass giants healer WBs and wiz/Pekka frontal attack?

Easy drag, with 2 rage, 1 heal, + loons in cc
Drag from SE.
Once the tesla next to the wiz tower is killed ill drop loons on the SW cannon, they will kill the cannon then go straight for that AD.
I would place one rage on cc and one for the loons and drags to wrap up the core & and i'd place the heal spell accordingly to the drags health...
I just recently upgrade to TH8 from a maxed out TH7 and tried this base for our clan war.
I recorded the video of my defense
Also I modified it a little bit, so that all AirDef are inside the Core. Not sure if that is a good thing, I just didn't feel comfortable with one air def sitting on the SE corner.
First attack got one was a 1 star (66%) using Golems (lv1) and Wizards (lv5)

*Sorry about the poor quality of video, I don't know how you guys do it. So I just recorded the replay using another device
