Should i go to Th 9

Ive been playing this game for quite a while now. I first started off not playing it much and just collecting loot from collectors. Not doing many raids. I kept doing this until the end of Th. 7. I only spent the upgrade time on Th.7 and 6. I just went straight through to Th8. Im not that premie on Th. 8 any more tho. And i play this game heaps so getting loot is no problem. Im just wondering if i am ready for Th 9 yet, with all the new buildings, more defences, more troops and lvl 6 troops. I don't particularly want to max my base.
P.S. I have
lvl 5- arch, giant, barb and wiz
lvl 4- goblin and wall breaker
lvl 3- boons and healers
lvl 1- hogs, minions,valkyrie and drag

wall breakers
baloons
drags atleast lvl 2
spell all to atleast lvl 4 if you dont want to max
hero to lvl 5 atleast
70 % and above lvl 7 walls
all wiz tower lvl 5+
mortars , max them all
cc if not done
archertower lvl 9 ( all 6 ) atleast

This list is for , if you dont want to max base atleast do the points i listed.

Im also th8 , im going to max bk, all splash , walls all lvl 7, and troops all max except which i dont use.
i will do all gold cannons and archer tower all to lvl 9
then rest upgrade i will do once i am th9.
Every1 says that maxe your base but quite honestly th9 is also getting good loot
and with th9. U hav one extra spell, arhcer queen and 20 spaces added to army plus
u can defend loot better then th8. This is my opinion. Maxing the base 100 % is also legit and
good.

Nope, U still have a lot of work to do.

Get rid of those girly pink walls...and max stuff that you need at TH9, like Teslas and AD and Wizard Towers.

max everything bro;)

Max all defenses and lvl 7 walls. Thats what Im doing.

If you're active, then

Finished 50-100% lv8 walls.
Maxed farming troops. (Only troops that you're using, other troops could be upgraded at TH9)
Maxed splash defenses.

Leave 1 builder free for walls. ;)

But if you're not active then maxed defenses for sure.

MAX Everything, I went to TH9 a bit too early, not premature and I wish I stayed, I'd have max skulls by now and a higher level king.
