😂😂 He will get wrecked less at th9. He isnt that under upgraded. You guys are over exaggerating acting like he gemmed there with level 1 troops, cannons, and walls.

BK 10 isnt important. Like i just said, you guys look like you are over exaggerating. You act like the only th9 bases are 1k loot. Bk10 especially isnt important as de gets way easier at th9. The level 6 troops make farming easier, as does the extra spell slot, the AQ and up to 20 more hero levels.

Cancle the upgrade and max your base

+1 for go ahead mate, there is no rule that you must max everything, and you will still find awesome loot as a th9 with even better and more troops to take advantage of it. Try Silver 1 as a th9...easy street bro. Would reccomend maxing th9 defense before moving to th10 and at least skull walls (lvl8) and lvl 15 heroes before th10
But yeah have fun mate, th9 is great fun!

Oh and to actually answer your question about what to do at TH9, thats easy - Xbows, without a doubt, then get into the extra defences, splash first and of course camps, and lvl 6 troops: Giants and Archers first, oh and don't forget the Queen, she is a game changer

Don't cancel the upgrade. Most of your defenses are more than OK. However, your Air Defenses are only at 5 and your Tesla's appear to be underdeveloped, but that is easily overcome. I strongly suggest that you spend the next 8 days trying to fill your elixir and get your dark elixir storage filled to 40K. Then when your TH upgrade finishes buy the AQ, if you have 3M gold buy the XBow (but don't stress about this), but seriously get the lab, spell factory and the four army camps upgraded. Your focus should be on improving offense pronto. I would have three or four builders working on offense 24/7 if you can keep elixir flowing.

I have found it pretty easy to get loot at TH9, and have certainly enjoyed it a little more than at TH8 (which I didn't expect). I'd suggest also reading Unity Sharp's TH9 maxing strategy (the one with superhero's in the title)--very informative.

Please, don't ignore the Tesla's. Since TH7 I have had one builder who's job has been naught but Teslas, and I now LOVE four L7 Tesla's. After Wizard Towers my favorite defensive unit (though pretty closely followed by ADs).

Do not cancel - TH9 is way more fun than TH8!!

Get Queen and upgrade immediately if you have the dark elixir.
Upgrade lab, army camps as this is all about offense.
Get extra def going - whatever you can afford to do.

Ehjoy TH9!

You will be ok I guess, but you will regret having gone to TH9 with baby teslas.
And make sure you get your ad up.

Why do so many people negect their teslas and update stuff that is meaningless later in the game, like mortars ?

Having preemie'd my TH9 (a little worse than yours, but not much) I suggest you get your xbows up early. They intimidate a lot of would-be attackers. That helps.

cap your gold/ elixir, and get at least 40000 dark elixir. (caping dark elixir might be useful to start Aq and upgrading bk (I assume its 10, i cant read the number)

When your nine is done you can upgrade the walls to a decent level right away (5/6) start on CC upgrade, lab upgrade, camp upgrade. (If enough builders, depending how you manage heroes)

Your gold is extremely low though, Why did you buy something to have it knock you so far down? you likely run out of money hitting next.

Do mortars ever become meaningless? I know that in champ league they are mostly unprotected and not worth much but I'm mid-late TH 9 and they are still one of my most important defenses, when they are centralized everyone just snipes my town hall, when I prioritize Air defense in the middle I can still get wrecked by BAGG. Granted this is at crystal 3, not master and up.
