war chat - ability to chat with opponents

Did a search and didn't see this mentioned so I figured that I would mention it.

It would be cool if when in a clan war that there was an additional chat tab that would become available (much like there is 'global' and 'clan'). Call it 'war'. The members of this 'war' chat would be all of the members from both clans that are in the war. It would be cool to talk to the people that you're facing in the clan war.

After the war ends, the 'war' chat tab would disappear from the normal chat window and it would only be available from the 'war results' screen so that you could congratulate the winners. Then it becomes inactive 24 hours after the war ends.

Seems like a great idea! Only let down is some clans speak different languages, but i think it would work!

Language barrier would affect many though the choice to chat or not chat to the other clan would be a nice touch. Having to invite the other clan to the chat and then leave the chat at any given time can put a stop to the potential cursing of other players to another if this feature was added.

I posted this suggestion a while back and it went nowhere.

We have discovered a way to get us partly there. We just change our clan message to be a message to the opposing clan. About a third of them notice it and respond. So far it has all been taunting in good fun and both sides seem to have enjoyed it.

We close our clan during war anyway so the normal clan message is irrelevant. Anyone else tried this?

Seems very funny

If supercell is willing to put in the work they could translate different languages to clans. In order for this to work though there would have to be a clan language setting option.

It would cost a lot to add, but they might add it in 3 months or so...
