Promotion/Demotion options?

So a few days back, I was going on to my account and saw that I had been promoted to elder. I wanted to thank whoever did this but I couldn't find out since the chat had covered it up. The way they have it now, you can see it in the chat. Another way they could notify you using push notifications telling you who promoted/demoted you. The other way that the notification could work is in your inbox.

Another thing to promotions/demotions is that you have the option for promotion immediately to co instead of promoting twice. You could make this in the promoting/demoting menu suggested in the sticky notes.
