New Clan War Feature: Enemy Notes!
Introduction
Let's be honest... not everyone knows how to attack for stars. A lot of lower level players are still just getting troops, and aren't sure how to use them efficiently. Others have farmed for most of the time they have been in clash of clans, and have little experience with strategies that go for winning, rather than for loot. The new feature of Clan Wars is definitely helping these kinds of players learn, and that is a good thing. To help these players learn more, I suggest this new addition to clan wars: Enemy Notes.
How it Works
On preparation day, elders, co-leaders, and leaders will be able to write a short message for each of the enemy bases. In this message, they will show the weaknesses of the base, and suggest a strategy that would do well against that particular base. The note length would have a limit of around 2-3 sentences (the same as a clan mail message). They could even make it so that note makers can select troops (in a way similar to donating) and spells that they would recommend using to attack. They would select the number of troops that corresponds to the town hall level of the people in their clan that they want to attack that base. For example, if they wanted a town hall 8 from their clan to attack the base, they would pick 200 troops and 3 spells.
The notes would be saved and available as a flag next to the enemy base. These notes would only be available to people in your clan, not the enemies.
EDIT: There will be a maximum of 1 note for each base. However, if a co-leader or leader feels that the current notes are not that great, they can edit or remove the note.
Elders are limited in that they are not able to edit notes already taken on a base. They can only make a note. Co-leaders will be able to edit notes once per base, and leaders can edit notes as much as they like.
Why this Should be Added to the Game
As I said before, this feature will help inexperienced players learn how to raid effectively. More experienced elders, co-leaders, and leaders will be able to walk members through the process of analyzing a base, pointing out weaknesses, and determining a way to attack it. Hopefully some of this knowledge will rub off on these members, and they will be able to do it themselves! They could also use this knowledge to analyze their own base designs, and make adjustments to them that make it more challenging to defeat. Members will use this knowledge not only in future Clan Wars, but also when attacking real player bases (when trophy pushing).
In conclusion, this feature will lead to higher quality attacks coming from members of a clan, and will make Clash of Clans a more challenging, exciting game. It just takes some help from the pros to get better, and this feature will make guidance much more available.
One of the best ideas I've seen, and that includes Mastermind!

Genius! This is a great idea! We're currently in a war right now, and I just recently watched one of my low-lvl clan mates attack somebody who should've been an easy kill, but he didn't know how to attack. He lost both of his attacks, that's 6 potential stars lost. This would seriously be helpful! One thought tho, should there be a limit to how many notes can be placed on an enemy village? I feel like unlimited wouldn't work well...and what's the message length limit? Great idea tho :) nice job!
