Lost village! Sorry for posting this here. And thanks for help.

It has been 4 days. And I wonder how long I'll wait. Can anyone tell me which ticket id they are working on so I can guess when I'll get help.

Hello. I started playing CoC a long time ago. I wasted all my gems on speed up(very old version) then i was stuck at a point. I deleted the game.(because i spent all my gems on useless stuff and didnt get builders instead- about 1 year ago)
My friend wanted me to play. And without my knowledge she took my phone reformat it and registered a new random gamecenter id. (3 months ago) i started playing again. But i noticed my progress on some games were lost so i logged in my old gamecenter. CoC asked me if i want to load my old village (i wanted to start a new game so i didnt accept). It was all fine i upgraded to town hall 7 upgraded all my defenses walls troops and i had 4 builders. Then my phone froze. I tried everything but couldnt get it to work lol. Hard restarts... And more stuff. I had to reformat my phone. I logged in my old gamecenter and my progress was gone and my old base was back(the one i abandoned a long time ago) i mailed the issue. But didnt get a respond yet.

Lost village name: plague
Lost village level: 61
Lost village town hall level: 7
Lost village clan name: the nice clan
(I know clan name sucks)
My abandoned village: berkay
My abandoned village level: 19
My abandoned village town hall level: 4
(And its not in a clan)

Can you link my old village to my device and my current gamecenter if possible ?

Hi, since you have already contacted support and received a ticket number there really isn't much that can be done until they respond. The response times can vary quite a bit, but a rough estimate would be maybe 4-6 weeks.

Can I learn which ticket they are working on? I heard 3 0xx xxx last time

I am ticket #2.8 and I have still not gotten my village back or any response. Someone with ticket #2.6 posted about 2 weeks ago that they recovered their village.

Hi,

Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

As long as you have your ticket number you are in the queue :)
