Lewis, I've moved this to the correct part of the forum for you - this is where people go to find new clans.
You probably won't get anyone interested in our clan unless you explain what makes your clan unique - put a bit about the kind of people you have, you want, if you do clan wars - you need to sell your clan basically.
You might want to take some time to look at the other clan recruitment threads to see the kind of threads other clan leaders make to attract people.
