I have an icon stuck in my town!!!!

Please can someone help. One of my lovely neighbours came to my town and collected some of my visitors on their personal train. I knew this because there were the little icons that appears, on the platform, with their name, and a little heart where I had earned a Rep point. I clicked on these icons. The first one fine was ok when I clicked on it, I earned the point. It disappeared. The second icon moved and went in front of my cinema, it is still there, I can't get it to disappear and I can use my cinema either. I have moved the cinema away from the icon, but nothing. And the little icon ain't going anywhere.....Any advise?. Many thanks.

p.s. A friend just visited my town. I can't see it on her device so it's not visible to anyone else, except me on my device.

I have exactly the same problem as you but with the grocery store right now so i cant use it or click on the visitor outside that is waiting to give me something.

Sorry you have the same problem, but also, Phew!!!! At least I am not the only one!!! Lol. I'm sure someone will be able to help us both soon...Because my visitors have been stuck in that cinema for like 17 hours now lol.

17 h thats a long time. Its only been around 4 h for me so far. My NH friends have had similar problems like when they tap the icon that is attached to a store the game closes down. I have both these problems exept the icon that is on my grocery store, nothing happens to when I tap it. I have visitors inside that are finish eating and visitors that are waiting to be served. :(

No ideas anyone ?????

Thanks Perky...I deleted the farm, re installed..no joy...its still there...shut down the iPad, still there....arghhhhh lol.

I have the same problem. Now i have one visitor that has been in every store and want to go in to my grocery store but she cant cause its busy with other visitors that are waiting to get served. :( plus one outside i cant tap on to get the reward.
perkyCox, you can go to my farm and see the visitors waitin outside. Think we are gc friends right?

No one else can see it...I looked at my farm on my friends device...we are neighbours, so she visited my town....and it wasn't there.....we are the only people who can see it.....which is why I took a picture of it.

That's just it perky, no one else can see them, only us. I got Plumshus to visit my farm on her iPhone and it wasn't there, but I could still see it on my iPad. It's annoying because I can't let anyone in or out of the cinema. So far, the people inside have been in there for now over 17 hours lol. The longest movie in history...I hope they got an interval ha ha. Please SC, help us sort this because it's annoying, cheers.....

P.s we can discuss compensation for the visitors after the fix, maps would be acceptable :)

When i look at my town from my sons ipad i dont see the stuck icon but i do see the lady stuck outside the grocery store who cant give me my reward. She has been standing there for hours now cause of this problem. The other visitors that walks around wants to visit their last store, grosery store so i wount send them away

Ive had the exact same problem for 4 days now with my bed & breakfast! Ive emailed the help thingy but no ones investigated it yet.... So annoying as i keep sending visitors away! Fingers crossed its sorted soon!

I have exact the same problem. In my town three stores are crashed. I had reinstalled the game, but it is the same.
I cannot open my town again, because it is not loading...The picture was made bevor the town crashed.

It happened to me too. I posted in general area and glad found the right thread here.
A neighbor picked up my visitors and his avatar left there, not dissapeared after I tapped, restarted my phone, hard reset, and even deleted the apps. This avatar stuck there and make me can not enter the cinema directly. I have to go to town hall to enter the cinema, but that only possible when I have visitors in cinema. Other than that, I can not access the cinema. Please help to fix it. I had sent e-mail to Hay Day team through the games.

Try enter the building from town hall. And I still can collect the rewards by tapping right at the visitor.

It's a bugger to have that happening. My mother is also facing the same problem. I hope the SC team will be able to give us all an answer soon! In the meantime, if any of you find a way to get rid of it, or SC gives you a solution, please let us all know :)

Update: my mother hasn't received a reply from Supercell but the problem has vanished. I suppose she has lost that reputation point but that doesn't matter at all. She hasn't done anything other than log into the game and when she went to the town it had gone. I hope you are all lucky enough to have the same thing happen to you guys!

Oh there is hope for us yet then lol.

Just a little note SC........while I am sure Im not alone in understanding that problems do take time to fix, and sometimes it's not an hour fix, or even a 24 hour fix, a post of acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Some of these guys have had this problem for 5 days now, and reported it, and have heard nothing. We can't actually use the town, as once a visitor has been to the buildings they wanted to visit and their last one (in my case) is the cinema, I have to send them on their way, and lose the bonus I would have earned.

It's getting worse :( now I can not collect my reward, send the visitor to other building or to platform 😡. So for now I have a permanent visitor. Hope Hay Day team fix it soon. Still no reply to my e-mails.

Having the same bug as well. Kills the app when I click it as well. Starts to display something then dieds

Mine is still the same. I have 3 slots in my cinema, I've got about 7 visitors in there!!!. Hope it gets sorted soon....mine has been stuck since Friday....

SC replied to my mother!
They said they are aware of the problem and they are trying to solve it as soon as possible. And to please forgive them for the inconvenience.

Have any of you received your replies?

I have the same problems. The icon with a heart at my cinema and diner won't goes off. It's stuck their I can't select the visitor. I can't use the cinema and the diner. I've tried everything, but it won't work. I've replace my cinema, switch my iPad on and off, religion my Game Center, and even delete and reinstall the apps too.

Let's hope it's resolved for all of us soon.......

The maintenance is here! Including about that stuck visitor in front of the buildings! yay!!
