Side note: Clash of Clans should get rid of their filter until its fixed completely.. It's aggravating really
Ya that filter is extremely aggravating. It's nearly impossible to have a decent conversation in global.
Aside from having a decent conversation, you get reported for normal conversatios. And that is total garbage.
They seriously need to rid of this. Like today.
The problem is no one at the big company cares! Just after making money, which is fine and needed obviously.. But so is caring and listening to your payers!! And they are all saying fix the reporting ♥♥♥♥!!
I got banned as well. The message was in Chinese, which I cannot read. The only thing I can read is 24 so I'm assuming I'm banned from coc for 24 hours. I sent 4 emails to the company asking for an explanation; however, I received no reply whatsoever. Also, there are numerous things in coc that need to be fixed. For instance, the war matchup system at times can match up unfair wars. Yet, no supercell representative is ever on assuring their customers that these things are being fixed. Nor do they address emails sent directly to them. It's absolutely horrible customer service. I'm sure eventually, they will lose plenty of customers. Maybe then they will understand the importance of helping their customers.

first welcome to the forums. !!!!!
there are two seperate systems for bans.
1- global chat.
If you got banned from global chat this system is automated. This means that once you have been reported by enough people they system bans you automatically. This isn't about the filter , or even what you said. Because it is automated the other members chatting in the room decide. This system is abused all the time because a human doesn't review the ban. The solution? Stay out of global. Chat in your clans or here.
2- in game bans
the system for banning you for Innapropiate activity in clan for things like swearing in clan chat, Innapropiate clan descriptions/names, offensive base design does require a human review.
The solution? Don't so these things.
the OP said that they were banned for just saying something in chat so I assume we are talking about the first type of ban, the one from global chat.
