I think you should be able to overthrow the leader if half the clan or more agrees. The first person to agree would be the new leader. A leader can only be overthrown every month. I would love this idea because i am having issues with my clan leader, but don't want to leave the clan. And I have more than half of the clan backing me.
Imagine how much that could be abused by idiots?
Dude, if you're unhappy with the clan and have members agreeing with you then the easiest overthrow is a clan of your own with the members who agree.
I'd bet that the outcome of anything like this would be the clan splitting anyway as your overthrown leader gets the hump and leaves taking his 'followers' with him.
This would just cause a ton of issues...
Just invite all your friends into your clan and you can overthrow your leader..

This is terrible for clan morale.
Just take the ones on your side and make a new clan.
