I wouldn't consider where I've hit to be high champ,
and even then, I can tell you that looning where I am vs. looning where I was 4 months ago is a whole different ballgame.

It isn't just about the raid - sure you still raid roughly the same kind of bases that you do at lower Champ / high Masters;
especially if you settle for a lot of 1 cup raids.

But you have to factor in a whole variety of other factors you don't see down there:
- clouds clouds clouds, sometimes endlessly for 5-10 minutes (longer as you climb higher, and worse now without Cloud Chat): the boredom wears you down & sometimes, when you do find a base you're comfortable raiding, you're so mentally worn out you're not at your best;
- potentially losing 39 cups on a raid if you decide to 1 cup your way up: which can be caused simply by getting disconnected, happens very often up here;
- getting tooled on defense over and over and over and over and over (repeat ad nauseum) again;
amongst others.

Best is a subjective term though. To be fair you need to quantify it somehow, and highest cups reached by using only loons would work for me. I'll vote for that guy/gal.

Yes this guy, he's the Jimmy Hendricks of Loonion

Palm tree ovbiously...top 200 in us at 3700 while at th9 is a lot harder then a th10 being at 4000

He got 3803??? I though its over 3792 but :0 wow he beat Wite's record also im starting to think hes the best Loonions. Damn i wish i could've watched his raids in N9 but oh well its gone. Give him my congratulations for 3800+ as th9

I've seen a lot of great looners attack, including many mentioned here.
My top rank is 164 w loonians.

The best looner I have seen is Ro8star82 from Dark Sky.

Yeah i think the th9s with 3600+ cup record are best. Bcuzzz is up there too

Also farmed more than 2 billion gold and 9 million DE

And yeah at 3700+ the base chooses you. I'd be taking fully maxed bases with horrifying lures, 3 up xbows, and 2 multi infernos purely because they offered two trophies instead of one.
