We may assume the devs already know the method if they monitor actions of players with highest ressource increase.
This brings the game to another level: find ways how to hack it. This is not negative criticism, it is just an observation that applies to all games.
My opinion is that preserving the game experience and pleasure should be the priority. Finding it's bugs or weakness is part of the game, though for smarter players only. However, if some people manage to find an exploits that completely shortcuts the game spirit, than it will loose all interest. using the exploit will spoil the game. It suffice people know an exploit exist to give up wanting to play it. So your vote is bad.
I hope the devs manage to fix the trick so that the game experience as Initially conceived is restored.
Pedro lee you got your moment of glory. I hope you have now learned that it brings you nowhere.

For example, with the new loot % based on TH level ( latest patch/update) , theres a new exploit available to newer players :
Don't upgrade your TH until you have maxed everything possible .. You still get as many resources as you need ,but your opponents only get a fraction
The matching system will always be exploitable as long as its based on only 1 or 2 variables
Its not hacking , its reverse strategy,and it works .
If they truly want a balanced matching system that's not easily exploitable , they need to switch to an algorithm based on multiple variables

Wow, that really shows your ignorance . A handful of guys? Tens of thousands of players use it .. Farming has been around since Day One .. Some used it sooner , some just adopted it recently . The passage of time just means more and more are using it,as it's the ONLY way to get resources quickly without having to pay money .Quote:

They won't,because there is a ton of people using it ... There are farmers using gems as well, to multiply their gains by rushing goblins ... Kind of defeats the point of farming in the 1st place ,but still cheaper than going straight for trophies immediately and having to spend a ton of $$ like u felt u had to, Jesse .
And I half agree with your point , if you go for as many trophies as possible , as fast as possible , you will need to spend $$$ to get resources for upgrades ...

What I don't understand is how you have been in Top clans,and you don't understand how prevalent the method is..
My guess is they don't want you to know ,so they keep their high ranking ...
Irish Pride was the 1st noticeable Top Clan to implement farming .
After Dark, The Order , Anzacs , all have Farming clans now ..
North 44 , the classic " give me trophies or give me death " clan has now dissolved into 2, mostly due to trophy lust causing them to screw over their long-standing loyal members just to beat Phantom for once . So they have effectively killed their clan .
The ironic part is they screwed up their clan for a Tournament that is truly a Tournament only in name ...
There is no direct competition ,and the rewards are meaningless .
Jesse, I used this older post of yours as it seems to serve as a good example for players that have always cared only about trophies since the beginning , and don't understand the point of farming and/or the reason and mechanics for farming .
