New Idea for Garage Sale Event

Just like in real life, we collect things over the years--so much that our homes/garages/sheds becomes cluttered. Just like you have the different events at random times, why not have a Garage Sale Event every once in a while. And, just like we sell items from our barns and silos, why not sell items (stored items or non-stored items) during the Garage Sell Event. That way, we can clean up our farms. All of the holiday things that we bought, sell them if you like or keep/store them. All of the items we won from spinning the wheel and didn't use, put them up for sell during the Garage Sale and see if someone else wants them. Remember, one man's junk is another man's treasure!!!

I am hoping they open an 'antique' store in town. I have been to lots of small towns and they all have a second hand/antique store.
