Lost account, but it's linked to facebook?

Hi, I have submitted 2 tickets for this in the past 4 months and no replies have been sent back D: I know they are busy, but 4 months?! My phone was run over by a lawn mower 6-7 months ago, my account was not linked to game center now and I can not recover it.

I do however have it linked to my Facebook, and can see my yard from my friends phones who are also linked. I can provide proof of my Facebook account etc, in fact I'm logged onto this forum through Facebook. Is there a way to get my previous yard linked to my Gamecenter? or some code to enter to give it to me. I have invested so much time and money into this game. Hate to see it all to waste.

Did you provided all the info they need in the tickets?

Facebook does nothing sadly, I guess you could have added that to the ticket

I told them I had facebook info, I am sad to not even get any reply at all. Except for my ticket was recieved etc. The facebook can at least prove that it is my village though.

You should have get a reply by now, what is your tickets number?

uh.. no, you need to provide info of your village for them to find it

Please include the following information in the message, so that we can locate your village:
(Old and new)

• Exact name of the two villages
• Exact level of the two villages
• Exact Town Hall level of the two villages
• Exact clan name of the two villages

I just submited anothet ticket with all of the above info
