I would like to make my farm more of adairy farm! My suggestion would be to allow more than one of a specific building, such as 2 or more dairys! So that I could be more of a dairy farmer! But with this diversity would only be allowed for one type of building. A person could, maybe specialize infishing or mining but still have a small vegetable farm.
