I went from raiding every 20 to 40 minutes with balloons/minions to raiding every 5 to 6 minutes with tier 1s on boost.
The switch was rough, not only for constant raiding but also from Air to Ground.
I can remember feeling physically and mentally drained at the start after a 4 hour session. I guess it was because I wasn't used to it and so having to try really hard at analysing the bases, deploying the troops, queuing the barracks etc. I wasn't sure which bases I could attack so kept searching a lot longer as well.
Trust me, after a while you switch over to auto-pilot and it becomes very easy. You just know which bases you can attack, you don't have to watch Elixir draining, and you stop caring about trophies.
Once your AQ is maxed then head up to Crystal 1. I can fill a DE storage in 6 x 2 hour sessions (every time) using this strategy. No where else have I seen this beaten.
