Do those camps. They will help out your offense greatly.

I personally upgrade everything I can before moving on just because of the TH loot percent changes once you move up....got to get every bit ;)
Do whatever you want to do.. There isnt any difference in loot between th6-7
In my opinion you should get to TH 7 as fast as possible. You get so much new defenses and buildings it's worth it, even if you rush. THen, you should saty at TH 7 until you max it out.
