Supercell so easily takes my money, yet when I need help, they are no where to be found. I have never had so much trouble getting ahold of someone for a customer service issue. My phone was destroyed in a car accident. got a new one, but cannot get back into my village. Sent several tickets and request (even some tickets with the digital receipts for gems attached in case that helped) and the only thing I get is an automated response. I have spent hundreds of dollars on gems and was/am in love with the game. I have even had dreams they actually wrote me back and woke up in the middle of the night to check! yet nothing. To anyone out there who can help me, please, please look at tickets:3509687 or 3472743 or 3405828 or 3396420 or 3394719 or 3382414 or3365166 I am sure at times I have been impatient, but i'm losing faith anyone will help or even reply. I will keep everyone else updated as to if they even respond a single time.

Did you link to GC? They can't just give you an account unkess you have proof it belongs to you? They never dtole your money? You lost the iPhone. If you lose money, did the bank steal your money?

Have you ever thought that SC is going thru all of the other support tickets that idiots needlessly send, when one ticket is all that is needed?
