With all the negativity I just want to say thank you.
So I have been reading a lot of threads on this forum and the overwhelming number of them are negative towards Supercell. I would just like to put in out there that Supercell you have done an amazing job with this game.
Let me tell you about my story.
I have played a lot of FREE games on my Ipad during the time I have had it but normally get bored of them after about a month and delete them. About Christmas time 2013 I saw an add for Clash of Clans on another game I was playing, I had seen this add numerous times before and thought I would give it a try.
Game started off, looked pretty good, enjoyed it. Saw the Clan Castle Ruins (didn't really know what is was to start with) repaired it and became part of a clan.
I then entered a clan for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club supporters (I am a spurs fan) and that is where the real fun started. I did not know it then but it was a feeder clan to a bigger clan, I have since joined the main clan and feel as though I have become a member of a family. We take the p out of each other have a good laugh and don't take things to seriously.
I have made friends with a lot of people because of this game and have a good laugh along the way and all this with a FREE game so thank you Supercell for a great product.
