Help

I've downloaded GIMP and everything, but there is a problem! I accidentally closed the tool bar that was on the far left side. Now I'm stuck in the middle of a project! If you know how to make that tool bar pop back up PLEASE tell me!!! Okay I got that problem fixed, but do you use G'MIC or what ever it is, to better enhance your photos? I've tryed to download it, but I'm not not able to get it to work. I was just wondering if you use it, and if you do can you help me?

ill pm you some stuff and with the toolbox..go to window>dockable dialog>new toolbox

How do u glow your text? Also, do u get yoyr font 1001 fonts or simply Gimp? And, how do u enchance and put shadows and special effects? Do u use Iwrap?

text = what you want the sig to say, theme = color

Colour - Purple and blue to match the wizards and witches robes, please.
Background - Massive blue lightning across the signature, please.
Clan Insinga - None. I was a hopper, I admit it, but with the Clash Of Clans community realising about hoppers it became impossible to be one. So I went to this forum, found a clan and settled down in it. So since I am new I don't want any Clan resemblance.

It seems like you cut the dragon off of something and put it on there. Could you attempt to eliminate all the bad looking things that you see?

Could you make the dragon on this Signature, Black and the Dragons Eyes red. And let there be a little bit more fire coming out of its mouth? And if it is possible could you make the J longer on the bottom and curve up more.
