Nah, cause people like Alex who goes to inactive clans and donates troops is not a hopper

Hoppers are free XP and reputation :) we don't need to stop hoppers!

Why is it a big deal if someone hops? If they take your troops then so what? You get to donate and get xp.. Also if your clan has a "hopper" problem its probably because you guys are good enough to attract people to want to stay permanently

That wouldn't really do anything, They could have hoped when they were th 6s and 7 but don't hop anymore but get rejected for hopping.

They always hop. Sometimes they ask the members of your clan to start a new clan where everybody can be coleader
