I am not complaining about loot issues, I know its out thier. It's difficult to get an i agree it should be like that. I also agree with you that people need and should upgrade the way they choose.

I have nothing against extreme raiders, in fact it's kind of inspiring to the community. I am just saying collectors = global loot. Why not upgrade them and help out the global economy?

Think of it as a small investment that provides a slight defense buff. Higher hit points = towers can fire at troops longer. I relize that's not a huge benifits, but you can't deny that it still is a slight benifit. A few seconds could very well make the differnce between a 1 star or 3 star. I have seen quite a few 95+% 1 star attacks that should have been 3 stars.

How awesome would it be if extreme raiders upgraded thier collectors, and never collected from them?

You know damn well you would be grinning ear to ear to raid another extreme raider with 800K+ gold in thier collectors.

I have level 8 mines and collectors at th7 I don't want to upgrade because I don't want people to raid me.

I've raided a base with just one gold and one elixer collector lol.... Don't remember the th level though.

I was just browsing the forums and looking for discussion whether having only one mine / collector would be a viable strategy in that, I'd have a higher ratio of defensive structures to non-defensive structures, and I came across this thread. I never thought about it in this sense. Interesting exchange to say the least.

A simple solution? Once upgraded to town hall 7, one cannot upgrade to the next town hall without maxing out all collectors (at least gold). The past two weeks, I have seen at least 5 a day. In excusable, fix this for the next update.

if people want to actually raid and get gold instead of upgrade their mines thats their choice, there isnt going to be a max them at th7 requirement just because you are too lazy to look for a base bro come on...

Well you could always make an achievement of some sort,

One achievement for gold and one for elixir collectors.


10 gems for 6 collectors to lvl 5

20 gems for 6 collectors to lvl 9

50 gems for 6 collectors to lvl 12 or 13 depending on what is implemented and what lvl should be max.


But just a hint: 1300 trophies is the sweet spot for easy gold and elixir

If your looking for gold go for 10 drags with bars that have 300+ elixir and 200+ k of gold and you practically refund your drags depending on lvl. 3 is best as you don't have to add spells to these attacks

And elixir look for inactive bases with elixir and gold colectors and ramsack them with 200 arch.

Easy gold and elixir.

That's how you max th lvl 8 anyway. And they aways have high lvl collector's.

Why is it always the Asian players who have the maxed out bases with the level 4 mines and pumps? Did they all get together and make a policy to all become community leeches?
