I've noticed that 1/10 levels on goldmines and elixir collectors is not equivalent gold vs elixir! It's the level 4-5 upgrade which cost only 3000elixir for goldmine upgrade while it's 3500 for elixir collector upgrade, I have no problem with that small cost but noticed this while upgrading collectors for my th4 account and though that it must be some miss :)
