I did a search on this topic and didn't find anything so I thought I'd post.
I don't know when it started but my experience bar has been full for a few days now. I just finished my second xbow and a lvl air defense and nothing. Zero experience earned. Is this a problem with everyone or just me? I get experience from trees however...

It's only a visual bug so your XP is still going up
Thought it's onlly happenning to me.
I have same problem.i stuck on lvl 109,my xp is lvl up as usual but still lvl stay on only 109(my lvl bar is full)
Emailed SC when it first happened. They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. It's only visual. Hopefully during the next maintenance break it'd fixed.
When will people realise this is a visual bug and it won´t effect you levelling up...
You will still level up when you have enough even though your xp bar appears full (Find out how much you need to level here- http://clashofclans.wikia.com/wiki/Experience )
