Replace 5 minions for 10 barbs, that will get you wizzies into a corner.
When dropping sinle loon you need to drop it slightly before wizz pack and pre determine it flight path. A loon is going to fly in a straight line towards the nearest defence.
Keep practising and you will get it.
Yeah, this. It's actually easier with a CC full of wizards, as they kill your loon almost instantly. If the castle is half-full with say 10-15 archers it's harder as they might take 2 shots to take the balloon downQuote:

If you're having trouble with wizards in a CC you have a few options to take them out.
1. Balloon drop: as people already mentioned it takes practice but can be very very efficient once you get the strategy down.
2. Mini-Light: lightning spell does damage each time you see a bolt of lightening hit the map. This means the lightening spell does damage in a few areas. If you want maximum damage from it group the defensive CC troops, drop a lightening spell on them and as soon as they take damage you need to anticipate where the next lightening bolt will land, and drop a minion to that side so the CC troops will move in the path of the next bolt. This causes the CC troops to take additional damage from a single lightening spell.
3. Minions: group the CC troops in the corner and surround them with minions, but don't group the minions together or they'll die. 6 wizards can be killed by 10-15 minions if you drop them quickly enough and spread them correctly.
4. Dragon: bring a dragon in your CC and once CC troops are grouped together drop 3-4 minions around them and follow it up quickly with a dragon. Dragons do splash damage and can quickly burn down a group of wizards as long as they have a couple minions to distract the wizards fire power.

how do I anticipate where the next bolt is going to hit I though this was completely random?
It is random. It is possible to kill CC troops if they are moving and wander into 2 bolts. However it's also possible to completely miss them if they're moving.Quote:

I think I will try to carry 10 barbs for better luring to the corner. minions are way to fast and often get hit before bringing the whole cc to a corner.
i'm in m2 currently what would you recommend? 20 or 24 loons?
