miniballs and cc

Hello,
i'm using miniballs and ever since cc changed to 35 space I often run into enemies with cc full of wizzies and 3 archers...I go with 70 minions and 20 loons and often these cc troops mess up my attack consuming too much of my minions.

sometimes I use rage and minions to get rid of them but often space to kill the wizzies is a problem because they walk so slowly and getting them to a quiet corner isn't that easy. combined with a mid level AQ they can ruin an attack.

what is your best solution? 2 lightnings but I often have problems to get the wizzies close together...which works perfectly against archers. don't know why ...

A single lightning spell can kill a cc full of wizards, but it is not "common".

I usually just rage my loons in the base n hope the ground troops get hit in the crosse fire, plus a lightning.

Basically this. If you get your loons in fast enough, 1 lightning + 1 loon falling on them should do the trick. Minions against wizards doesn't always end well if they group up.

Having the same problem.
I'm practising the "drop a loon on CC troops trick" now lol.

Not as easy as it sounds though, good luck with mastering it :)

If you can lure the CC and get the wizards bunched together, a single balloon dropped in the right place will take them all out with its splash damage on death. Or a lightning will take most of their health, and a few minions will mop up.

If you can't lure the CC, it can definitely ruin raids. Especially if it's behind the DE storage (if that's what you're going for), it can suck all of your minions into range of the inferno towers. I don't think there's any way to completely deal with it. Rage and lightning certainly help, but I think it's a risk you have to take if you're trying to get into the core of a tough base with balloonions.

Yep me too. It's a bit more sledge hammer than scalpel, but its fun.

This. Never bothered to lure CC with BM in regular matchmaking.

ok I already knew that ballons can kill on drop but it's really not easy and I messed up big one time trying it with 4 loons not flying correctly and so I gave up on this method...

well I guess there is no real other way. I think from now on I will try an carry at least 1 lightning...I used to go with 5 rage
