It has infiltrated global- horribly

I was banned from global today.

It wasn't for flaming
It wasn't for trolling
It wasn't for rudeness
It wasn't for being a high level

It was for standing up for gay rights.

I logged on to global today to find a bunch of people saying that gay people were horrible and that homosexuals should die, and that God would kill all of the Gay people because they were sinners.

I popped into the conversation and stated my opinion, which sparked a heated debate, with people telling me that I must be a horrible person to support gays, and that God would destroy me as well and a bunch of other religious ♥♥♥♥. It is truly a sad day when you find that people truly can't accept others for who they are.

I mean really? It's a game! Why do people need to be demeaning and angry and horrible to others just because they aren't exactly like them? Get over it world. It's time to stop with this discrimination ♥♥♥♥.

Never state your opinion on global. Ever. Just relog into CoC if global is that bad.

Because they can. The Internet is one of the only few places in their pathetic little lives where they can air their bigotry publicly without fear of retribution.

Fortunately, the world is slowly changing. 18 states now allow same ♥♥♥ marriage, up from 0 just 10 years ago.

I do try and tell myself, by sometimes I can get pushed to the limit. I will repeat the phrase the next time I am on global- or better yet, never visit global again. lol

You were banned for turning the global into a flamewar by pushing a political issue onto everyone when nobody wanted to talk about it.
