I'm just playing along with the OP's opinion that TH should be centralized in bases, and exposing it is an exploit.
So if the first part is true (TH should be centralized), then the action of not centralizing TH is not an exploit, but merely a non comformity to his ideals of good base design. Thus, the most you can do is call it a bad base design.
And i'm telling you that i don't think it is an exploit. With reasons stated in my replies.
If a company promises to pay me a dollar for each time i get slapped, am i exploiting the system if i annoy people on purpose to get slapped? Or put a "slap me" sign on?
I don't think so.
Exploits are taking an advantage over other players by using holes or bugs in programming. If SC considered it an exploit (only they can define it) they would have taken action or defined it as such. Being that they have not done anything it cannot be termed an exploit.
Not an exploit if 80% of the game does it as part of the natural game now.
Iv done my farming, but iv also done my trophie runs, and actually, I think farming has defiantly dented the game, I would also say in a bad way, but of course supercell see a value to the farmers otherwise they wouldn't have rolled over so easily on a dual villiage option for clan wars.
And still have not implemented some value to the TH to rid of players ridding through the game, on a free sheild when ever their offline.
No not an exploit, like just no :p. Its part of the game. You do what you want with your village... If i wanted to, i could let all my storages outside my base. What would people say: "hes exploiting the game by letting storages out". I dont think so, so its the same thing with TH
