Raiding

We should only be able to raid our Town Hall and above! This has been a big problem with all of these higher levels attacking lower ones. The reason for above your Town Hall level and not just your Town Hall level alone is so that Th8's can maybe go to champ or crystal and so on. There are so many th8's, Th9's, and th10's that they don't have to worry. Revenge raids should still be availble though to any Town Hall. Supercell if you would like to consider this please do. Make any changes you need just a BIG suggestion.
