Visitors picked up from higher level towns asking for items locked at my level

Hi, so at the diner, a customer just asked me for a sandwhich that unlocks at lvl 66... I am only 63. This was her second and last bldg visit, so i had to send her away instead of getting gift.

its hard to send them away, they take so long to revisit, but at same time i don't want them taking a slot while i wait to lvl up 3 times! Lol

I used my personal train to bring a visitor from a neighbor's town to my town. When I tried to serve the visitor, he asked for a green smoothie. Green smoothies unlock at level 66, but I am level 56.

There was no way to serve this visitor, so I had to ask him to leave, wasting the use of my personal train. Now I have to wait another 6 hours to use the personal train.

I hope this is a glitch and not part of game strategy that says I should only pick up visitors from same or lower level farms.

For the most part, I am enjoying the update. Thanks.

Same happened to me When my neighbour picked up one of the shoppers from my town the item needed to serve the shopper was linked to my level and not my neighbours, the shopper wanted a level 66 item and my neighbour friend is only level 58, therefore my neighbour friend could not serve the shopper and sent the person away.

iammaj, sorry you experienced this, too, but at least I know I'm not the only one!

Right now, six of my neighbors have visitors that my personal train could pick up, but all of these neighbors are at higher levels. That means, I risk getting a visitor who I can't serve.

Supercell did you know this bug?
I picked this visitor up in town with level 77 but he asks also products for higher level.

Yes, happened to me and a neighbor! Really hurts when you used diamonds to speed up train maintenance only to get visitor asking for something you are lvls away from unlocking! Waste of diamonds!!

Hi it's awful :( still keeps happening! My level is very high so it makes it impossible for my neighbour to pick up anyone from my town. Hope Hay Day take note of this and change it ASAP!

so one of my visitors is in my grocery store and wants lemons.....I just hit level 65 , lemons are not available to me till level 66....soooo I have a spot in my grocery store that I can not move along until I hit level 66, she could be waiting a very long time...and considering we are only given 1 spot , I think its unfair , maybe I can't upgrade and open more spots in my store... I just hope this is an error and supercell can fix it =) <3 <3

I just discovered the same problem. I'm Level 58 and have an item to fill that I can't make until I'm level 60. Argh. I don't know how to get rid of the customer.Tell me this is just a bug and not really designed to this!

please have a look on this issue.
In any case it is not fair to low level players having the visitors being stuck in the service buildings. They will never be able to receive the important new items in town, as they are unable to fulfill all the requests a single visitor has.
Please adjust, so that only the respective goods per level will be requested by the visitors.

I have a visitor requesting items I cannot make or purchase at my level? How do you handle their request?

I didn't see anything/or read anything that visitors items would be related to the level farm they were picked up from. It should be posted or you should not be able to pick up from higher levels if this is the case.

This item does not unlock until level 67! I can't even have lemon TREES yet! WTH?! Glad this has been reported as this happened to me today also. Picked up a visitor....they asked for chiles and rice.

I wont unlock rice for 3 more lvls.

If this isnt fixed quickly.....personal train will be worthless.

Totally agree!! Wondering if maybe this happened because the visitor I picked up was from a higher level neighborhood friend? Not sure, but either way it needs to be fixed!

I also wondered this....most in my NH are higher than me...so if this is the case the personal train is worthless to me. I dont see supercell doing it this way as it would only benefit high lvls.

I sent a report to supercell....hopefully i get a response within 6 months.😳

You can send them away by clicking the arrow on bottom of items they are requesting....kinda like scrolling through your crops in stuff.(if that makes sense)

BTW im having same issue with visitors requesting stuff i dont have. If they dont fix this quick we need to be compensated for our personal trains because they are a total waste if this can happen.

The same thing happened to me when I picked up a level 79 neighbor's visitor (I'm level 57). The visitor wanted Lemons which are not available at my level. I wasted my first personal train trip! It penalizes both high and low level players. Anyone picked up by low level player will want stuff that they can't make. Everyone in my NH is now picking up visitors from lower level players -- thus, the higher level players are losing out on reputation points from having a visitor picked up.

I do hope that this is an unexpected bug that SC fixes soon!

Stupid me! I upgraded my personal train to pick up 3 passengers now. Just went to a neighbors farm. Brought the three back. Served two. And the third guy, in the cinema, requested a spicy popcorn and jelly beans! ♥♥♥! That doesn't unlock until level 60!!!!!!!! SUPERCELL!!!! FIX THIS ASAP!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 And give me some diamonds for the inconvenience!

Same just happened to me. Higher level player's pick up is asking me for something I can't make for 12 more levels. A total waste of 12 diamonds. They really need to fix this. Most of the people in my neighborhood are higher than me. Grrrr.

I had this problem too. I'm level 51 and the visitor wanted lettuce. I can't grow lettuce till level 58?!

I am level 42, a have a vistitor in the grocery that wants a item of level 52.
How is that possible en how can a solve the problem.

Hi,

It's a known issue, which we will fix in the next update! You can send the visitor away. This can happen only with the personal train, if you pick up a visitor from a higher level player than you are.

I have had visitors from other neighbors that ask for something I can't get yet. Also I went to a neighbor and I can pickup two visitors and only one was there, but I couldn't go to another neighbor to pickup the second passenger. Please fix both issues please

Posting for my wife, who is a Hay Day enthusiast but not comfortable with forums...

Tom isn't staying hired for the right amount of time, or at least it certainly doesn't appear so. She's having to hire him in the morning and again in the evening same day. I've asked her to record the exact date and time, but in the meantime I wanted to check if there is a known bug in this area.

She also noticed today that a boat which was supposed to be still docked another 15 hours disappeared after around 9 hours (while she was asleep), and another boat had already arrived, so the items she was buying to fill out boat #1 were useless after boat #2 showed up.

I am on level 67 and a Town visitor asked for a yoghurt smoothie which I can't produce or purchase until level 70!

I have the same problem, after receiving a customer of a clan member. The customer wants toffee but i'm actually level 45 and can't produce it. There is no way to send the customer out of the cinema. Please fix this bug!!!!

This is no bug as far as I understand. That visitor came to your clan member's town who was probably of higher level. so his demands are as per the clan member's level not your level.

Same here, Last night around 22h I hired tom (worked all day, was home late) and this morning at 10h tom said I could hire him again...... (so that is 12 hrs instead of 10 as in the title). The problem is that it has not been the first time this has happened although it is the shortest time so far that I got for hiring Tom.

SuperCell/HayDay: please get me my diamonds back or make sure I can use Tom for another 24h.

I picked up 2 visitors from a neighbor who is level 68. I am level 64. One of the visitors asked for lemons at the grocery store. I can not even purchase lemons until level 66.

There is a way to send back to the train. When you have the customer selected and the items they want, there is the turn icon that takes you to the 2nd window. The same way you have for multiple crop options. In that 2nd window it has a train to send them to.

That turn icon is bugged. I can sometimes send a customer away and sometimes I can't.

No where in the FAQ or promotion posts does it say you should only pick up from same level neighbors in order to completely service them. That concept completely defeats that play design. I don't think that is their intention at all. There are already barriers in place to prevent over use of picking up visitors from neighbors, I.e. time limit on personal train, using upgrades to pick up multiple visitors, only able to pick up from one neighbor at a time, visitor will only be able to visit one store, and once picked up visitor is done, they can not be picked up by anyone else.

I doubt SC wanted the visitor asking for higher level items in addition to that list.

Hi Members,

I am kind off stuck in a silly issue and seems to me like a big problem. The problem is I have picked up a visitor from one of the players in my neighbourhood and after this visitor comes to my town and I send her to Diner she requests to things one which I can serve and other which I cant (its of level 61 and I am at level 49).

Now this visitor is there in my dinner now blocking a slot and I am not able to understand how do I serve (which looks impossible) or how do I send her away.

Is this a game bug which supercell hasnt realised or is this purposely done by which it means that this particular slot is taken until I am at level 61 which is not happening any sooner.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH A WAY OUT ON THIS ISSUE.

I have this same problem, with a visitor I picked up wanting an item 20 farm levels above me. This can't possibly be the intention of the designers, as it defeats the purpose of helping out your nh members. If this were by design, I am pretty much out of luck because I'm basically the baby farm of our NH, about 5 levels below the neighbor above me, and nearly 30 levels below our highest level member (even though I have a higher level town than them). Please, SuperCell, fix this bug quickly! We shouldn't have to waste our time and limited slots picking up a visitor, puting them in a building slot that another customer could have used, only to find out they want an item too high above our level and we HAVE to send them away. :(. This is probably one of those unexpected bugs that pops up with a new feature, but hopefully we can get a fix for it quickly.

Our neighborhood newbies are completely Lost, as they cannot safely pick any visitors, they are all scared, those ask for unproduceable goods.

Yes, there is no way it would make sense to only pickup visitors from your level or lower with the personal train. I'm at level 58 and picked up a visitor from a neighbor's farm at level 66. The visitor wants a smoothie from level 66. This is one of the numerous inconsistencies my neighbors and I are seeing with the new town.

this customer stay in my town whole day already ! I can't sent him away :mad:

That is a known issue which will be fixed in next update.
For now, you should not bring visitors from higher-leveled players.

You can send the visitors away once you are reputation level 3. (You are level 4+ since you used the personal train)
Tap the small next page icon below the order. Then drag the train on the visitor and he will go back to station.

The problem with higher level players is a known problem, and Nick from SuperCell has said that it will be fixed in the next update. He said until then, only pick up from neighbors your level or lower so you won't have the problem.

The neighbors cannot produce or buy the item requested when they pick up visitors from a higher level player..

I picked up a passenger from a neighbors town today, and brought him to my town. He wanted to go to the grocery store, and when I put him in, he wanted five pieces of rice. I am level 53 and cannot even GET rice til level 56. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! This completely wasted the use of my passenger train! So ridiculous!!

I am at level 49 but now there's a lady in my 'cinema' asking for something that looks like candy and unlocks at level 51. What am I supposed to do? I can't seem to get her out of my cinema (my town level is 4), and it'll probably take quite some time before I'll be able to get her that orange thingy on a stick ;-). In the meantime my other visitors are idly strolling around...

I just got my train (not personal train, the actual train) and one visitor asked for a green smoothie that unlocks at lvl 70 (i think 70). I am at lvl 65. I have gotten several friends visitors asking for higher level stuff than what I currently am but now getting train visitors asking for that too is ridiculous.

If you would both please submit in-game Report a Problem tickets on this by tapping on the cog icon in the upper corner of your screen and following the prompts to the submittal form.

The wait time for a personal reply is exceedingly long at this point I'm afraid, but I will try to verbally pass this bug along. Please don't forget to submit those tickets as it's very important to have them and the device/player logs attached so they have something to work with to investigate possible causes.

azdave: If you can list your wife's notes on the submission form, that would be of great help. The more details they have of these repeated incidents that she's experienced, the more they have to work with.

First of all, I like the upgrade a lot with the town. But Ive found a visitor asking for olive oil, that is available in level 60 and Im in 57, so its necessary to reject visitor and loose possible gift. I attach image.

This is a known problem, and will be fixed with the next update. In the meantime, do not pick up visitors from levels higher than yours. Only your level or lower. To get the person to leave your store, you must be reputation level 3 or higher. Click on the toggle button (like for your crops and pizzas) and on the second page press the train picture to send them to the train platform.

Thank you for your help, as I am having same issues...I can see where you send them back, but on one I am having an issue...they are in my diner in first box, want 2 items, and when I click him, looking for the send back to train icon, my screen does not show it...it is cut off...Any idea what I can do to help, I have tried to open my scree bigger and make it smaller, but keeps going back to box in original size :( Thank you for your help!

3. now we waste this personal train chance.

I'm looking forward to this getting fixed as I'm the lowest level player in my neighhbourhood and there are only a couple of friends I can fairly safely collect visitors from.

On the plus side (because we don't like moany threads) I'm really enjoying the update - thanks Supercell! :-)

how can this be possible ,i cant fulfill the request if im on level 45 how can i put level 66 stuff

To get the person out of your building, click the "next page" button (like you use for your crops and pizzas), and on the second page click on the train to send the visitor to the train platform.

I'm having the same problem, a guy i got from my lvl 58 neighbor asks for a lollipop but i'm only lvl 55, can't take him out, just submitted a ticket.

I'm at level 49 and they are asking for items that are availible from lvl 60!! Please fix it!!

Click the gold circle with arrows when you're shown what they want. You'll see a train with a person. That sends them away.

I have had the same issue unfortunately. Picked up a couple people from my friends yard and one guy wanted a lolipop which is locked for another 7 levels for me! So frustrated I had to send him away and wait another six hours to serve another person. Now I only pick up from people lower levelled than me. Which shouldn't be my responsibility!

I really hope this maintenance is going to fix one of the issues about this, because now I've got a visitor stuck in the diner as well. Grrrrrrr.......

This is still broken.

I just tried after this morning's maintenance. I imported visitors from a neighbor 20 levels higher than me. The visitors asked for smoothies. I am just level 41.

First, zoom out. That will either give you a greater area view and allow you to access the buttons you need or will allow you to realign the screen to the right and allow you access to the buttons.

This problem with picking up visitors from higher level farms asking for items you cannot provide is known, as you can see from the many posts above yours in this merged thread of the subject. They are working to fix this as quicly as possible.

Same happens to me. A bit strange to demand things you haven't unlocked.
You can send her away. Just tap the two arrows icon on bottom and drag the train over the visitor.

Im having same issue. When u put a passenger in grocery store only grocery store the page float to far to the left hiding the items behind the screen. Only way to see what they need grab it like your going to give it to them but drag it across ur screen but we can not remove the passengers from it if we cant make or get the goodies

visitors sometimes people ask you products you can not sell them as a bar of chocolate which is unlocked at level 54 being at level 51.
They should fix that error

SuperCell: I really hope you are fixing this bug soon. Shame. I lose people that I pick up as I have to send away immediately and cannot help with items too high level to make or buy.

hard enough to level up, find resources to upgrade anything. Lots of bugs here. Town is adding a level of frustration that could send players away.

Same thing happaned here too! I'm on level 51 and customer wants something from level 61 :D:D It would be great if I could ask help from my community or friends....like in ship orders? Ok...I understand that best Way is to produce the goods and have this restriction...but this could me the Way to get mite involvement withings community and friends perhaps? :eek::rolleyes::p

I picked up neighbourhood passengers, one of them is asking a 64 level Item and I am level 56 only.
Can hayday please fix this problem???

yes and is there any way that map piece can be found in farm not in town only cus bulk are needed to expand and and im at level 5 i only got 1 O.o :rolleyes::rolleyes:

This is a known problem they are working on! To remove the person from your store, click on the yellow arrows for next page (as you do for crops and pizzas), and on the second page there is a train. Click on that to remove the person.

One of my customer requires what looks to be a candy apple. This product however I can only produce when i'm level 51. I'm currently level 42 and unable to remove this customer from my Cinema.

Have you tried using the toggle button to send them away? Or are you having the problem I'm having, where you can't see the items, and can't see the toggle button to remove them?

Dear Supercell Team,

I would like to propose to a supposed bug, that when we pick up visitor from higher level town, they requested for higher level items which we can't make/buy at all.

hopefully future updates can be done to make sure that we don't pick up such incompetent visitors, what a waste of train runs.

(imagine lowest level NH crew will have no place to pick up customer as those customer came with unreasonable demands of goods, which thus pushing the scale advantage greatly to higher level neighbours)

This does not work...if you look at the screen shot i provided, you will see I'm zoomed as far out as possible. Seccond when you click the visitor, it AUTOMATICALLY centers the store under the picture, making seeing the items impossible...

Sandling is right Cricks - you can't zoom out because the second you touch the screen to do that the buttons vanish. And then when you tap the player it goes straight back to where it was.

If someone from Supercell is around, it would be lovely to have an update on how these fixes are going please. It's the double-whammy that's causing the frustration for iphone players.

This is a well known problem, and is being worked on by the staff. In the meantime, don't pick up anyone of a level higher than yours. To get the person out of your shop, click on the next page toggle (like you use for crops and pizzas), and on the second page there is a train to click to send the person to the train platform.

per the attached photo my son is at level 48, and a visitor arrived at the sore requesting lemons, which are only available at level 66.

If they were visitors collected by personal train from a neighbour who is a higher level then it is a known issue due to be fixed in a future update, according to supercell. For now, all we can do is try to pick visitors from neighbours who have a similar level to us, or lower,and hope that update comes soon! :)

Thank you for the additional input and clarification. Other threads on this very frustrating, to say the least, bug have been going around. I have reported it but, unfortunately, it is the weekend so they may not see it until Monday. I'm hoping that it turns out to be a quick-find-and-fix rather than one of the stubborn ones. Keeping my fingers crossed.

As for the bug of picking up visitors from higher level farms and them asking for products you are not at a level to make, they thought they fixed this in the maintenance of a couple of days ago. Apparently, it's not fixed for everyone. I've informed them of this as well...that it's not fixed for everyone. Another fix will likely require another brief maintenance.

I bought Tom yesterday at about 6:30 pm (PST). I used him a few times. I woke up this morning, turned on the game to use him, and it says that I have him for 1 hour and 42 minutes more! That means that I would only have him for approximately 15 hours! Why would that happen? Also, my boat sailed away about 6 hours too soon without me finishing it. What is going on? I know you won't answer this, you never do, but I'm getting beyond fed up.
