Visitors picked up from higher level towns asking for items locked at my level

I'm having the same problem, a guy i got from my lvl 58 neighbor asks for a lollipop but i'm only lvl 55, can't take him out, just submitted a ticket.

I'm at level 49 and they are asking for items that are availible from lvl 60!! Please fix it!!

I picked up a visitor from my hd friend, that visitor came to my town and was asking for stuff in the grocery shop which unlocks at level 60 (not exactly sure what it is) and i'm on level 49 .

how can this be possible ,i cant fulfill the request if im on level 49 how can i get level 60 stuff please hay day fix it!!

I picked up a visitor from an NH who is a higher level. I cant feed them olives yet. I know how to remove unwanted visitor, however, because the store automatically centers, i can't SEE what they want, which means I can't hit the send away button. I've tried moving bldg, from town hall...nothing. Please help!!!

Click the gold circle with arrows when you're shown what they want. You'll see a train with a person. That sends them away.

I have had the same issue unfortunately. Picked up a couple people from my friends yard and one guy wanted a lolipop which is locked for another 7 levels for me! So frustrated I had to send him away and wait another six hours to serve another person. Now I only pick up from people lower levelled than me. Which shouldn't be my responsibility!

I really hope this maintenance is going to fix one of the issues about this, because now I've got a visitor stuck in the diner as well. Grrrrrrr.......

This is still broken.

I just tried after this morning's maintenance. I imported visitors from a neighbor 20 levels higher than me. The visitors asked for smoothies. I am just level 41.

First, zoom out. That will either give you a greater area view and allow you to access the buttons you need or will allow you to realign the screen to the right and allow you access to the buttons.

This problem with picking up visitors from higher level farms asking for items you cannot provide is known, as you can see from the many posts above yours in this merged thread of the subject. They are working to fix this as quicly as possible.



FOR EVERYONE: This is a known issue and they are working to fix it as quickly as possible.

Same happens to me. A bit strange to demand things you haven't unlocked.
You can send her away. Just tap the two arrows icon on bottom and drag the train over the visitor.
