Visitors picked up from higher level towns asking for items locked at my level

Hi, so at the diner, a customer just asked me for a sandwhich that unlocks at lvl 66... I am only 63. This was her second and last bldg visit, so i had to send her away instead of getting gift.

its hard to send them away, they take so long to revisit, but at same time i don't want them taking a slot while i wait to lvl up 3 times! Lol

I used my personal train to bring a visitor from a neighbor's town to my town. When I tried to serve the visitor, he asked for a green smoothie. Green smoothies unlock at level 66, but I am level 56.

There was no way to serve this visitor, so I had to ask him to leave, wasting the use of my personal train. Now I have to wait another 6 hours to use the personal train.

I hope this is a glitch and not part of game strategy that says I should only pick up visitors from same or lower level farms.

For the most part, I am enjoying the update. Thanks.

Same happened to me When my neighbour picked up one of the shoppers from my town the item needed to serve the shopper was linked to my level and not my neighbours, the shopper wanted a level 66 item and my neighbour friend is only level 58, therefore my neighbour friend could not serve the shopper and sent the person away.

iammaj, sorry you experienced this, too, but at least I know I'm not the only one!

Right now, six of my neighbors have visitors that my personal train could pick up, but all of these neighbors are at higher levels. That means, I risk getting a visitor who I can't serve.

Supercell did you know this bug?
I picked this visitor up in town with level 77 but he asks also products for higher level.

Yes, happened to me and a neighbor! Really hurts when you used diamonds to speed up train maintenance only to get visitor asking for something you are lvls away from unlocking! Waste of diamonds!!

Hi it's awful :( still keeps happening! My level is very high so it makes it impossible for my neighbour to pick up anyone from my town. Hope Hay Day take note of this and change it ASAP!

so one of my visitors is in my grocery store and wants lemons.....I just hit level 65 , lemons are not available to me till level 66....soooo I have a spot in my grocery store that I can not move along until I hit level 66, she could be waiting a very long time...and considering we are only given 1 spot , I think its unfair , maybe I can't upgrade and open more spots in my store... I just hope this is an error and supercell can fix it =) <3 <3

I just discovered the same problem. I'm Level 58 and have an item to fill that I can't make until I'm level 60. Argh. I don't know how to get rid of the customer.Tell me this is just a bug and not really designed to this!
