Local Leaderboard not working for me

Hi, i get the "Unable to find local leaderboards for your location" message when I try to see the local top player leaderboard. I live in Paraguay, have an Samsung Galaxy S3, an also i play with my computer with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Months ago i was able to see it in both pc/android but, not anymore..

amigo yo estoy igual, hace como 2 meses que llevo pidiendo lo mismo, he mandado como 10 correos, y no me dan respuesta, yo soy de chile y tambien me ocurre el mismo error, mira mi tema

back to the begging, you said you played on PC? did you know that, that is againts the ToS?
did you played the same account you had in the Samsung in the pc?

I play in pc, and android, with the android emulator Blue Stacks, isnt against the ToS i guess, i play on my pc when im at home, and my cell when im out, the local ranking wasnt working for the last 4 months i think, i dont know maybe its a bug or something...

edit: the rank was working on both.. My clanmates cant see the rank too..

It is againts the ToS!
The fact that you played the same account on both and emulator and android means that something could have gone wrong

I know many people that does play with Blue Stacks, and i dont know why that should be a problem, i have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and is HORRIBLE to play in it, screen so small, and laggy when i attack or watch my village, on computer i have no problem with that, seriously, that have no sense to be a violation of ToS, anyways now i know im not the only with this problem..

Blue Stacks and android = Tablet and Android , is the same, just the perfomance is better and comfortable, sorry for bad english..

It is not
Blue stacks is a third party add (program) that is used to emulate and android OS
