How do people get all level 11 walls without MAX defense!!!

most of them are college kids. They came from rich family. And. Boosting barracks isn't really expensive. I have only spent like 7500 gems boost to get all my Lego walls to lava. Sure th 10 is harder . But I do think they can get all zap walls by spending less than 18000 gems .
