Additional clan ranks
Currently there are 4 ranks in CoC. Member, Elder, Co-Leader, and Leader.
If you are attempting to manage a clan, you can only promote to elder or boot. Not many options. Especially if you are not a Leader
I would like to suggest that we increase that amount by adding 3 more ranks for a total of 7. This allows clan leaders/coleaders to manage their clan and promote active members to different tiers based on their internal clan requirements.
Something like this:
Member - as Member is currently
Warrior - as Member is currently
Veteran - as Member is currently
Elder - as Elder is currently (can promote up to Veteran)
Warlord - as Elder is currently (can promote/demote up to Elder)
Leader - as Co-Leader is currently (can promote/demote up to Warlord)
Founder- as Leader is currently (can promote/demote up to Leader)
Founder replaces the current leader rank and is designated as the individual who created the clan. Leader replaces the current Co-Leader rank.
In terms of programming, it would require adding the additional ranks to the clan management drop downs and the rest should be pulling from the database in the other display areas already.

There was a thread that had pretty much the same ideas as you that was made yesterday. Please in the future instead of making a thread on the same topic as the other one, use that nifty search tool to find the other thread, and post your ideas on that one :). Have a nice day!

That other post involved a whole lot more complicated things then just adding more rank names into the database. My idea is simple and very easy to implement, essentially modifying the clan rank name table and adding the additional titles.
