I wanted to move your account to a new device. I added my gmail account android and google + but still I started a new game: (why?
Be sure to be log in the same G+ account that you linked your game (did you link it?)
Download and open the game
Complete the tutorial (sometimes not needed I think)
Connect it to G+ and it should tell you if you want to load your old village (hit yes)
Every time I moved my account I had to do the tutorial. I wish I could figure out how to not do that. You just need to sign in to Google+ after completing it.
