its a great idea, but it brings up the topic of to much loot in circulation. Obviously this wouldn't be a bad thing for us normal CoC , but would it affect SuperCell and the amount of profit that they make off of the game? Just because we think its a good idea (which it is) doesn't mean that SuperCell will implement it.

Why does TH7 have the same lv mines/collectors TH8, TH9 & TH10 do?
Pretty much every other building at TH8, TH9 & TH10 can be upgraded. So should these.
Its already incredibly easy to get loot at TH8.. Its the prime TH for loot, if lvl 12 collectors are added it either needs to be for TH9 or TH10. I personally think it should be for TH10, as the fact is if you know how to raid then TH9 is also easy to get loot. The only TH i have had trouble with is 10.. This is why i feel they should be available when you hit TH10.
I think there should be, more inactive loot from the collectors for me! XD
As well as lvl 12 collectors I think there should be de drills upgrades as it is awesome how you can get 4.8k a day from them at th9 (if your drills are both maxed) but I have seen people in my clan in master league get that in 2 raids sometimes 1 raid! So I think that drills should be upgraded so you get more de

I love the idea, but this shouldn't be unlocked until town hall 9. The loot is still easy to get at town hall 8!
Just a note: all of the mine/collector/drill levels have an exact hour count to fill. Level 6 Dark Elixir drill; 16 hours, Elixir collectors and Gold mines; 50 hours. It goes up each time, so there are more resources available to raid, with each upgrade. Just something to consider.

I still think this is a great idea. Bizarre you can max out collectors at th7.
3000/hr x 7 = 21,000 x 24 = 504,000
I agree there needs to be higher level collectors but for people with TH10 even 4000/hr isn't a lot.
4000/hr x 7 = 28,000 x 24 = 672,000
Since for me everything costs in the millions. Especially since the game at its current collector rate makes the game beatable in 15 years without gems. In my opinion that's way to long and for us who don't want to spend $10,000 to max out everything, there needs to be more collectors added.
I believe once you hit TH10 you get level 13 collectors that cost 500,000 to upgrade and produces 6000 and hour.
That way us TH10 players can actually start to more easily afford those level 11 walls.
That the rate of 6000 an hour it would produce 1,008,000 a day. This way I wouldn't need to spend countless hours on AppNana or Free My Apps downloading things to get points to get gift cards to get hardly anywhere.
This would be completely reasonable too considering it would still take well over a few years to max out everything without gems, just not the current 15 years.
I'd say this should be a TH 9 upgrade.
Untill Th10 we have 6 collectors , totally about 400 k loot a day which is very less. Support the idea.

To me, I feel like they don't really give a damn about collectors. Once you are town hall 7, they are expecting you to go raiding for the majority of your loot, or at that point get frustrated and start spending money on the game. This is backed up by the fact that you get dark elixir storage at th7 but the drill at th8.
On that note, I think they should've balanced out the collectors a little better as the game grew older, and more town halls were added. (Keep in mind the max used to be th8).
The collectors as they are, are simply there to prevent you from going completely broke in the game.
Looking at past levels, the capacity should be more like 200-225k
Is it just me or does 6000k seem like a lot per hour it just is too much, I want their to be a lvl 12 collector but it shouldn't cost to much and make that much I mean maybe if it cost 300,000k and made 4,000 in hour or maybe a little less yeah but for it to cost 500,000 that is just too much and making 6,000 is too much to, I support a lvl 12 collector just not this high of loot, collectors supposed to be supplemental source of resources, and raiding is supposed to be the main source, if we add this there will be less raids and more people just surviving on collecotrs, another level is needed just not like this.....
Thought it was coming with the clan wars update actually, but never did. Hope it comes out soon!!!!

C'mon people get your senses together don't you understand I mean 6,000 an hour, It went from 2,500 to 3,000 from collector lvl 10 to lvl 11, maybe lvl 12 could be 3,500 or 4,000 but 6,000! I am sorry but just think what this could do to raiding, collectors are supposed to be supplemental, with this collectors would become a pretty big source now of loot, which means less people raiding that ain't good.
I am sure its hard but seriously 6,000 I mean man I get your concerns but not all players are town hall 10's and level 100's if you get my drift just seems to much maybe we could add a level 12,13 and 14 that go's up to 6,000 as you said but that jump from lvl 11 to lvl 12 is too much this could work if Supercell raised the other amounts for the other levels but where it currently is at 6,000 per hour is to much besides the game is supposed to be hard at that point, I do agree with you we need another level just not that much loot.
Unless SC adds th 11 into the game level 12 mines and collectors would be too OP

im fine with gold mine and elixir collecter lvl 11 lvl 12 would be nice.. but im fine with 3000 per hourthats a total 37500 per 11 hours.
I agree that it is a great idea, with some tweaking to the numbers. I would say 3600 per hour would be good since it translates to exactly one per second.

Would help a bit the resources shortsge at high levels. And also, would increase in a small part the available loot in attacks

COC needs this pretty badly for higher TH levels.

Great idea, level 12 mines. But i also want storage lvl 12. And th 9. So there can be a lvl 13 for th 10.

I've personally never liked getting all my upgrade gold from my mines...but I'll be happy to loot inactives with level 12 mines :D
collectors are highly unbalanced IMO and it greatly effects our loot from TH7 and above.
(capped at level 11)
if collectors had no cap we will probably be at level 13-14 right now. our building prices rises each time by a lot and yet our collectors are capped from TH7 and beyond.
i fully support seeing level 12 collectors and would like to suggest higher.
I think somewhere earlier in the thread someone did some art for what they would look like.
Sounds like a great idea, but this will make 400k raids a common thing, thus removing the challenge. There are reasons it is capped. Primary source of funding is by raiding.
This is a good idea, boosting pumps and mines, will be much helpfull, and I think it is a win-win situation, for the gamers and supercell company, since by the following month ill be much busy and planning to buy gems for boosting of all my mines and pumps, I'm waiting for this to be implemented as soon as possible,
This can also help the supercell to increase their profit, just like what I said, I'm planning to boost continuously my pumps and mines when I get busy at work, and of course Ill need to buy gem in cash for that... Super cell make this happen, thank you!

If it was gonna be done it would've been done already. Nice idea though. I think L11 collectors are fine, if you struggle for loot, you might need to raid more or improve your raid technique..
