I had my mines/collectors maxed at th7, so I think get rid of the red, make it available at th8. Other than that, I love the idea!
This is a must simply because it stagnates efficient progress. I have maxed out my collectors and with the cost of all upgrades now being in the 2 million range I have to save all week and hope not to loose to much from raids. So one upgrade can take weeks to prepare for. Or make a better clan wars bonus ....or some way to keep the upgrades interesting and not laborious and draining
