A few defense losses and a few lost attacks and I'm finding myself dropping to 2100 to farm for elixir and de. I can't seem to get ahead to save elixir to upgrade heros Or units. How do you guys do it? I spend about 320k in elixir and 2500 in de for each attack. That includes using 5 spells.
Are you farming up there or pushing.
If you are pushing then what you are experiencing is normal, elixir drain is terrible. But DE consumption should be low unless you are Gowiwi-ing every battle.
If you are farming then you are doing it wrong. Only one type of army can self-sustain when farming at high masters or champion league, and that is loonion is 1 to 2 spells per attack.
Pushing, haven't tried farming up there. Maybe I will try that next time. I get up there and stuck. The elixir drain is bad, especially if I want to add two or three pekkas to my attacks.
I use 2 golems and 10 valks. Pretty big de drain. Going to try cutting out the valks. They're pretty crappy anyhow. But using other units would drain even more elixir.
The most resource friendly pushing army is balloonion, anything else you'll prolly need to gem either troop training time and/or resources.
I used balloonion. Got to 3600+ and still had full elixer storages.
What I did before pushing, was farming in masters for weeks. I familiarized myself with farming around 2800-2900 without using spells or heroes. So by the time i had my heroes ready, pushing to champ was breeze.
Actually 3k is just a farming range, learn barc. :)
