2nd account

I am trying to create a second account and whenever i download the game onto my ipod with a brand new apple id it goes to my old base how do i start a brand new base

The only way to have 2 accounts is to have 2 iDevices

Are you implying you have two devices? If yes, then download COC on the other one, and start playing;)

Get a new GC. When the confirmation screen shows up, type confirm.
