I'll start you off with the first...
1) Army Camps

Focus on offense only! You should start with your army camps, then lab and spell factory. Research your farming army in the lab and then you can start farming that gold again.
Why did you rush? Also, wizard towers
Focus mainly on offense. Army camps, laboratory, etc. It'll benefit you in the long run.
Doesn't your Town Hall have to be more in the middle of your base? Right now it looks like your Town Hall is completely exposedQuote:

You're base looks a heck of a lot better than mine did when I upgraded to TH9!
I'd upgrade your Wizard towers asap - they do splash damage and are fairly quick to upgrade. Plus the purple will match your walls nicely.
I'd also upgrade your collectors..... it wont help you get the necessary resources but it will help you make up for some of the loot you are going to lose.
Teslas and air defence are also important but they take forever to upgrade....
