Hoppers

I don't care how many times it has been posted, nothing has changed so I'm posting again. Supercell needs to do something about hoppers, it ruins the game.

1. When someone leaves the clan or is kicked and has been in under a certain amount of hours like 100, they cannot join another clan for 100 hours thereafter.

2. They lose all clan castle troops regardless.

3. Supercell adds another stat of how many clans they have been in with an average time.

4. The new player before chatting or playing in clan must click yes to clan rules. Clicking no rejects them from clan.

It's getting old with no addressing the problem, I hope something is done soon.
