My game freezes in the loading stage

Please help me I have deleted the app reinstalled it reset my phone to factory I've sent several emails and seem to get the run around so the game fully loads in the screen then freezes I got my iPad and was able to start a new base but as soon as I signed in the to Game Center loaded my old base the lvl 91 base the game froze in the loading screen

As for the problem, I am not on any Apple devices and have no idea of what is happening.

*phew* Man, that was a long sentence. All I can think of is that your base's files are fractured somewhere in Supercell's servers, no user error. I'm just speculating here, don't take my word for it.

Shredder how do I get them to fix it if it is fractured I haven't been able to get on at all today
