To contact support:
Opening Clash
Pressing the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Pressing Report An Issue
Pressing Other Problem.
If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail setup on your device, you can directly e-mail them at:
clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible. Provide all the details of your problem.
If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!
DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!
Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.
Feel free to post the ticket number you receive, through an automated response after you send it, here.
If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can post on your thread re-stating your ticket number.
