It's quite easy to understand actually. You can tell what they are trying to say, even though their grammar is not perfect because clearly their first language is not English. But I can still get the gist of what they are trying to say.
The OP is asking for help because they prematurely upgraded their townhall to 10, when their experience level is only 60. They are asking for assistance in putting together a good/affordable farming army so that they can dig themselves out of the hole that they have put themselves in.
That really wasn't too hard to read between the lines and understand.
melody, what you need to do is work on your lab upgrades and army camps to improve your farming army size and strength. You should go to about Gold II league (1600-1800 trophies) and look for abandoned bases to raid, using only barbarians and archers. Try to earn enough elixir to upgrade your barbs and archers to max, and to max out your army camps until you have lvl 6 barbs and archers, and 240 army camp space.
At the same time, use the gold you win to upgrade your splash damage, which is your wizard towers and mortars. Good luck.

From what I can gather, I think you are saying that you rushed your town hall too much, and loot is really hard for you to find now. To be completely honest, there won't be a fix to your issue. Many players have even had to delete the game and restart because they rushed too much and ruined the game for themselves. It is either patience, or just give up and restart, except max out your base.
with new loot system you shud have find gud loot if not come to sub 200...under 200 trophies there are lot of mad bases and its reall gud for uQuote:
